InnoHaus was founded by two brothers with one simple goal: to raise the standard of roofing, construction, and fire restoration across West Texas. After graduating from Texas Tech University with backgrounds in marketing and business, we saw an opportunity to bring fresh ideas, innovation, and a customer-first approach to an industry that often feels outdated.
While our company is young, we've built a team of highly experienced roofing, construction, and restoration professionals who bring decades of combined expertise to every project. By combining modern business practices with proven craftsmanship, we deliver high-quality roofing systems, residential and commercial construction, fire restoration, and property reconstruction that our customers can depend on.

Founded In
InnoHaus was founded in 2023 by brothers Juan Gutierrez and Isaac Hinojosa. With a background in marketing and business, we wanted to build a company that mattered not just for us, but for the homeowners and businesses we serve. Coming from families with experience in roofing,construction, and fire restoration we decided to take the leap and bring professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset to an industry where people are often treated like just another sale. Though we’re a young company, we’ve assembled a team with decades of combined expertise:
- Project Manager: 20 years of roofing experience
- Operations Manager: 10 years in restoration and construction
- Sales & Labor Teams: 125+ years of combined experience
